Location: on a narrow farm road about 1/2 mile from the center of Taos, New MexicoCondition: Touching toes and nailed to adjoining fence posts, one right red Fila brand sneaker and one left blue Fila brand sneaker - both size 9 - dusty, cracked and weathered.
Location: And nailed two posts away, perhaps starting a Fence-of-Soles . . .Condition: A single 'Brooks hs.ft' athletic shoe, size 10 - showing wear and weather.
